Human Description[/u]: Dujax is an extremely handsome man. Like his wolf form, he is not particularly large - he stands several inches shy of six feet. Despite his compact stature, the man holds himself in such a way that he seems to fill a room when he enters it. His skin is of a medium tone, unblemished. Dujax has high cheekbones and a rather strong chin. He has a small scar on his upper lip that draws attention to it. His copper-colored hair is usually pulled back into a super-tiny ponytail at the nape of his neck. His fringe is long and frames his face.
Dujax’s eyes are the palest, most fragile shade of blue imaginable - one step lighter would be white. They are framed by a thick lace of black lashes that would make his eyes seem feminine but for his strong brows. The outfit he wears in human form consists of black jeans and a form-fitting white shirt with three-quarter length sleeves. His shoes are black leather, a style similar to a riding boot. His body type is classically mesomorphic.
WOLF APPEARANCE

Wolf Description[/u]: A medium-sized wolf. His pelt is whiter than virgin snow. There are many differences in appearance between him and Kiba, though. His nose is flesh-colored, not black. Characteristic of his breed, his ears are taller than is typical for a tundra wolf, and his muzzle is very long and thin. He has a rather magnificent ruff of fur around his neck with hair that is much longer than anywhere else on his body. He has a small scar on his muzzle. His eyes are frost-blue.
His body is quite thin. His legs are long, but the thickness of his coat disguises his lankiness. Due to his tendency to travel constantly his paws and lower legs are often muddied and brown. His overgrown cream-colored claws protrude like exclamation points from the brown mud that encapsulates his paws. His tail is bottlebrush and lackluster in comparison to his mane.
CRITICAL INFORMATION
Ability: Digging. Dujax was born with strong, dull claws that grow out so long past his paws that they curve downward like talons. This characteristic resulted in an unusual propensity for digging. He can scoop up great hunks of earth with single-minded focus and speed. His claws are dull because he digs so often, but they are very strong and have not broken once in his entire lifetime.
Personality: Dujax is reserved and proud. He is interested in how and why things work - this curious thirst for knowledge occasionally puts him in dangerous situations. He is a risk-taker and he lives for the moment. Dujax is rather uncomplicated in his desires. He tends to be quiet and subtly suspicious of new acquaintances. Dujax is not concerned with respecting human laws and rules if they get in the way of accomplishing something.
Dujax is a rather self-centered person. He tends to focus on his own journey. He is uninterested in leading or controlling others. Instead, his own drive to discover Paradise independently is within itself inspiring. Dujax is flighty and fears commitment. Despite these rather cool personality traits, he is not unkind. His inclination is to mask his kindness so that others cannot use it against him.
History: Dujax was born to a litter of wolves in the heart of Dusk City. Their mother was discovered to be a wolf in an accidental slip of her human disguise, and collected for Lord Charnel’s bounty. The six pups were found on the street by a rich merchant a few days later. Mistaking them for handsome dogs, the businessman decided to sell them for a high price. Dujax was one of those puppies. His brothers and sisters were sold, first, due to the fact that they had far more amicable personalities (although Dujax was rather the most beautiful out of the litter). At last he was bought by a man whose job it was to travel back and forth across the barren tundra delivering medicines from Dusk City to Freeze City (where they could be sold at a low price to the impoverished people there in dire need of these supplies).
Dujax was put to work as a sled-’dog’.
Naturally, the wolf was poorly behaved, but with the guidance of the two husky dogs (Kojo and Shina) he learned to do his job well. Their life was simple; drag the sled across the tundra from point A to point B. Dujax was named by his master. The medicine-deliverer’s name was Hototo, and he was a Hmong who had been exiled from his tribe. Despite his wolfish resistance, Dujax gradually found himself loving Hototo in the way that a dog loves his master - although Dujax was never as obviously affectionate as the dogs. One night, heading out from Dusk City on their usual trip, Hototo was beaten savagely and killed by Lord Charnel’s drunken soldiers.
Naturally, this infuriated Dujax. The incident awoke his true nature for the first time in his life, and he violently tore out the throats of the inebriated murderers. In the scuffle, Shina was caught by a stray bullet and killed. Kojo ran away into the night. Dujax ran, too, and hid in the familiar safety of the tundra. Because he had pulled the sled across that land so many times, the wolf was able to survive where others of his kind would quickly starve. Lemmings are his primary diet. Recently, though, Dujax has caught a strange scent on the wind.
His curiosity is piqued. Soon, Dujax’s journey to Paradise will begin...
